• Medicare patients will be expected to pay for their services at the time of service. We will bill all services and Medicare will send reimbursement directly to you.
• We no longer bill Medicare Advantage plans. Patients who have Medicare Advantage plans who wish to continue their care with us can pay for their visit at the time of service.
• We do not bill any other insurance companies. Patients may bill their insurance on their own if they choose to do so. Payment for services will be expected at the time service is rendered.
Fee Schedule*
New Patient Visit: $125 (Includes New Patient Exam at $75 and adjustment at $50)
Adjustment: $50
Acupuncture: $50
Optional care package: $225 (Includes 5 adjustments at a rate of $45)
*Dr. French is no longer accepting acupuncture patients unless they are already under chiropractic care or wish to seek chiropractic care simultaneously.
*Additional exam costs may apply to existing patients who have not been seen recently or who have a major change in health history due to an accident or various other reasons. The cost of such exams can be discussed with the doctor prior to care.
*Rates apply to patients who are paying for their visits at the time of service and not having charges billed to insurance. Medicare reimbursement rates are set by Medicare.
